Ashtons are a leading estate agency in the South East. They got hold of us after seeing how we'd transformed the online presence (and fortunes) of similar companies within their industry.
For many estate agents, the property CRM system used to manage their properties and clients, tends not to sync up terribly well with their website. All the property information on Ashtons site is called directly into the website from an external feed provided by Reapit, their chosen CRM software.
The client can update site content using the CMS we set-up for them. It coordinates HTML email updates for registered users looking to find out about the latest properties coming on the market and a login for sellers allows them to stay up-to-date with progress on the sale of their property.
The clever bit about integrating seamlessly with their CRM is that the need to maintain a separate property database just for the website, is eliminated. We even automate the transfer of information ensuring the properties shown on the website are always up-to-date. Neat eh?
During the website build, Ashtons decided to ask us to work on their offline design too in order to ensure consistency of brand across all media types; from their website and HTML email templates to property brochures and advertising.
We even overhauled Ashtons' office signage (not something we'd done before if we're honest).
Ever so pleased to say that shop fronts are finished and looking 1000% better - way more than I had even hoped for in terms of design and finish.

Ashtons mobile website was built using the rather nice jQuery mobile framework which as well as being cross-platform (no need for an apple version, an android version etc.), also gives their mobile presence the look and feel of a native app. Try it.
