Cartwright Pickard design buildings. Big, shiny, glamourous buildings. Designing a website that would satisfy their impressive team of design-conscious employees was never going to be easy. Fortunately our use of space, attention to detail, careful structuring and flexible modular layout proved popular with this particular architectural practice.

The site uses jQuery to make the site a slick and enjoyable experience for the end user whilst retaining cross-platform compatibility, by removing any reliance on browser plugins (like flash for example).

The site was laid out on a complex grid, enabling us to more easily achieve the variety of layouts required. Cartwright Pickard had prepared a wide range of content for the site that we needed to accommodate in a coherent design.

The colour coded industry sectors were extended into a breadcrumb that makes the site simple and clear for the user to navigate. Next and previous buttons enable easy movement through all projects in a given sector.

You have to love Google maps. All the client's offices pinpointed and easy to locate. The office in Shanghai also meant that the site has a fully translated Chinese version.
