What we did

The Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service is the authoritative research programme for UK organisations for call centres with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and improving public perceptions of the sector. We thankfully won a competitive 3-way pitch to work with UBM on all the new creative collateral for the 2012 event. We were briefed to transcend the primary message of performance improvement - the only true measure of performance. It had to convey the value of participating.

With this year’s event being in 2012, the London Olympics came readily to mind. It’s probably THE true measure of performance and what better natural comparison and association could you get!

Bold, stylised athletic-based imagery were created to give striking iconic statement. The Top 50 brand orange was complimented with a bold turquoise and overlaid with the bold, black screen printed style imagery. For brand continuity, the Top 50 orange band, is integrated from previous campaigns. The band interplays with the athletes but now gives an extra narrative and dimension.

We look forward to the event breaking all previous records!
