Sitecore or Umbraco, which CMS?
Around three years ago we decided here at Frontmedia that 'off the shelf' content management software was going to be the most cost effective route forward for website development. We researched a huge number of systems over an eighteen month period before making our choice.
We settled on Sitecore for our high end clients that had in-house marketing teams capable of utilising the power of the digital marketing system, with Umbraco being the weapon of choice for our small to medium sized clients. Both Sitecore and Umbraco are based on the .net platform and have equal integration capability into just about anything that will accept integration!
Frontmedia is a certified Sitecore partner covering London and the South East. We also have two certified Umbraco developers and will shortly attain partnership status.
