flash

whether it's animation, a slideshow, game or even an application, flash is a pretty good weapon of choice.

Flash and Flash Videos

When we first started building websites, Flash was really pretty new and it was made by Macromedia. It offered all manner of new possibilities for animated websites and more. Soon you couldn't move for rotating logos and "splash" pages that wasted 30 seconds of your life before letting you see the website you wanted to look at. Well things have changed quite a lot since then and flash is a firmly embedded part of most peoples online experience.

If you want to add dynamism to a site, whether it's animation, a slideshow, game or even an application, flash is a pretty good weapon of choice. These days though it's not the only game in town. With Apple's refusal to support flash in favour of HTML 5, you won't be seeing any flash on an iPad or iPhone and the rise of scripting language JQuery, has also meant that many of the common effects we used to achieve with flash can now be replicated purely with code and no need to download a plugin. If you prefer the new technoligies we can help you too. Currently, browser support limits their capabilities (particularly in Internet Explorer) but things change pretty fast online. We'll keep you posted.
