Providing a high standard of work and customer service is key to our business and we do our upmost to ensure we are continuously improving our offering.

All complaints are recorded and handled as a priority. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a fair, honest and timely manner, as well as notify you of any action taken inside the company as a result of the information.

Service Level Agreement

We endeavour to respond to all customer enquiries as soon as possible between Monday-Friday, 08.45am - 5.00pm, and no later than within 24 hours of receipt during those hours.
